Among the services we offer our clients is storage, both short and long-term, at controlled temperatures and supervised by professionals. To do this, the company has cold storage rooms with different levels of palletized storage – more than 7,000 Europallets – and a strict control service that takes into account the different needs of each product.
Alicrusa currently has a turnover of 30,000 tons of goods per year. For this, it has the optimal refrigeration rooms for its correct handling and conservation.
Alicrusa has enabled the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) system, essential to guarantee food safety, as set out in the Commission’s General Principles of Food Hygiene and other Codes of Practice. In this way, the company is trained to develop methods, procedures, analyses and other evaluations in addition to those of surveillance that are carried out once the HACCP system has been implemented to confirm its compliance and effectiveness.
